Exiting from the back of the 7th green a short path leads to the 8th tee. This at first glance looks a daunting hole with the green on the opposite side of the second lake on the course. It is a 100 yard carry from the red tee to clear the water so the landing area is larger than it appears and a confident stroke should see you safely on the green. However the wind plays a major part on this hole with the tee being surrounded by trees and sheltered from the prevailing westerly, so careful consideration of club selection is recommended.
